We are are a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing tenants with a great rental experience.
Fred Zhang, a Managing Director, comes from a strong background of service. He is the cofounder of an online education firm that has served thousands of happy students, and understands the special touch needed to achieve total satisfaction. His past work at the US Treasury Department on housing regulation and leading investment firms in Manhattan and Chicago gives him unique insight on safe and productive housing investments.
John Zhang and Lihua Zhou are Principals, with over a decade combined of experience directly sourcing, divesting, and servicing housing. Their past careers as Senior Scientists at Pfizer gives them a strong analytical toolkit for analyzing the housing market and investment opportunities there.
FEP is further advised by a wide and experienced team of Real Estate Researchers, accountants, lawyers, and investment professionals.
