What makes your homes great for me to rent?

At Freedom Equity Properties (FEP), we believe that good landlords respond to maintenance issues, but great landlords anticipate maintenance issues. That’s why we thoroughly inspect your house before you move in and preemptively repair major items. That way, when you move in, your stay is smooth. In addition, we strive to respond promptly to any issues you might have. We know you have dozens of other priorities in your life — home repair shouldn’t be one of them.

where do you operate?

We are in Nevada, Texas, and now Georgia. Our mission is to provide good rental homes to serve communities in areas with strong and stable rental demand.
 

I don’t have the Best Credit, Will You Rent to mE?

We at FEP are committed to providing you with a home to our maximal extent. If you don’t have a strong credit history, we will usually ask for a higher deposit to secure the rental and can make your situation work!
